In this project we are a looking into one specific application of cooperation among mobile devices, namely cooperative web browsing. The main idea is that under a certain limitation of the data rate of the cellular link, cooperation will increase the virtual (what the user feels) data rate by bundling it with other users. The users agree to use their cellular channels in a cooperative way. As web traffic is highly bursty (short period where data is actually exchanged and long periods where the user is consuming the information) the traffic is multiplexed on the bundled channel. Note, that each user will consume different pages only the cellular link is used in a cooperative way.
