Channel Measurements

To design network oriented applications, we investigate the characteristics of the wireless channel. We focus on the cellular type in the beginning. For GPRS and 3G connections, we look into the packet loss, the packet loss burstiness, and the jitter.

These results are logged in so called trace files, such that other researchers can reuse our measurements.

All measurements have ben conducted in Aalborg, Denmark. For further information regarding the measurement campaign, please refer to the log files.

Currently we only host the traces without further post processing here.
